Nev. Admin. Code § 645.175 - Licensing of branch offices
1. The real estate
broker to whom the license is issued is responsible for all branch offices
operated by the real estate broker.
2. A license for a branch office may only be
issued in the name in which the real estate broker is licensed to conduct
business at his or her main office.
3. A supervisor of a branch office may not
manage more than one branch office.
4. A branch office is not required to
establish a trust account, but if one is established, one of the signatures
required on the account must be that of the supervisor of the branch
office.
