Nev. Admin. Code § 645.475 - Request for showing that judgment debtor has been examined by person who files petition against Fund

For purposes of determining whether a person who has filed a petition against the Real Estate Education, Research and Recovery Fund has made reasonable searches and inquiries to ascertain whether the judgment debtor possesses real or personal property or other assets, liable to be sold or applied in satisfaction of the judgment, the Administrator shall request that the court require the petitioner to show that he or she has conducted an examination of the judgment debtor pursuant to NRS 21.270 to 21.340, inclusive, unless:

1. The judgment debtor cannot, with the exercise of due diligence, be found within the jurisdiction;
2. The judgment debtor has filed a petition in bankruptcy; or
3. There is good cause for not requiring the examination.
