Nev. Admin. Code § 645B.360 - Designation of Registry to certify approved courses
1. The
Commissioner hereby designates:
(a) The
Registry to certify approved courses for the purposes of an initial license or
renewal of a license as a mortgage company or mortgage loan originator who is
required to register or voluntarily registers with the Registry; and
(b) Any federal or state governmental agency,
self-regulatory organization or professional organization that reviews and
approves a certified course of continuing education for professional
prelicensing or continuing education to certify approved courses for the
purposes of an initial license or renewal of a license as a mortgage company or
mortgage loan originator who is not required to register or renew with the
Registry and who has not voluntarily registered or renewed with the
Registry.
2. As used in
this section, "certified course of continuing education" has the meaning
ascribed to it in NRS 645B.051.
