Nev. Admin. Code § 675.070 - Collection of loans made outside Nevada

Any loan made in another state and purchased by a licensee in this State, regardless of the original amount of the loan or the unpaid balance, may be collected or otherwise enforced at the rate shown in the contract and in accordance with its terms, if the loan was lawfully made in accordance with the laws of the state where it was made.
