Nev. Admin. Code § 675.130 - Revocation or suspension of license
The Commissioner of Financial Institutions may revoke or suspend a license in accordance with NRS 675.370 to 675.450, inclusive, if a licensee violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 675 of NRS, including, without limitation, a provision that imposes a fee or assessment on a licensee.
