Nev. Admin. Code § 683A.005 - Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Commissioner" means the
Commissioner of Insurance of the Division.
2. "Division" means the Division of Insurance
of the Department of Business and Industry.
3. "Unsuitable person" has the meaning
ascribed to it in NAC 679B.039.
