Nev. Admin. Code § 685A.370 - Fee for review of coverage

Each broker who is a member of an organization shall pay to the organization a fee for the review of surplus lines coverage. The fee must be paid within 30 days after the broker receives an invoice from the organization. The fee for each policy is 0.4 percent of the amount subject to tax pursuant to NRS 685A.180.
