Nev. Admin. Code § 686B.351 - Financial reports: General requirements
As a condition of doing business in this State, each insurer licensed to transact the business of property and casualty insurance must, in addition to any other reports required, report to the Commissioner financial data for the preceding year as follows:
1. An insurance expense exhibit must be filed
with the Commissioner on or before April 1 of each year, or on a later date, if
appropriate. The exhibit must provide information from across the country on
the insurer's expenses for the previous calendar year. The exhibit must be in
the form prescribed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
Information from the insurer's insurance expense exhibit shall be deemed to be
filed with the Commissioner if it is filed at the Central Office of the
National Association of Insurance Commissioners, 1100 Walnut Street, Suite
1500, Kansas City, Missouri 64106-2197, on or before April 1 of each year. The
information must be filed pursuant to the specifications of the National
Association of Insurance Commissioners for filing information for an annual
statement on diskette.
2. Other
schedules or supplements must be filed as required by the Commissioner. Any
additional National Association of Insurance Commissioners' schedule required
by the Commissioner must be in the form prescribed by the National Association
of Insurance Commissioners.
