Nev. Admin. Code § 686B.740 - Hearings to review filings: Filing of pleadings
All pleadings, including complaints, petitions, answers, briefs, motions, affidavits and applications, must be addressed to the Commissioner. A pleading shall be deemed to be officially filed with the Commissioner at the time a true copy is received by the Division.
