Nev. Admin. Code § 695D.290 - Determination of financial condition: Charges against assets
In determining the financial condition of an organization, the Division will charge against its assets:
1. The amount of its outstanding capital
stock.
2. The amount necessary to
pay any unpaid claims against the organization that are incurred on or before
the date of its financial statement, whether the claims are reported or
unreported, plus the expenses of adjusting those claims.
3. Unless a larger amount is required by
NRS
695D.250, the amount of the unearned premium
reserves of the organization, computed as provided in
NRS
681B.080.
4. All taxes, expenses and other obligations
of the organization that are due or accrued as of the date of its financial
statement.
