Nev. Admin. Code § 703.130 - Public records
1. Except as
otherwise provided by law, all documents filed with the Commission become
matters of public record as of the day and time of their filing. The Secretary,
within reasonable limits of time and general expediency, shall permit members
of the public to examine these public records.
2. Upon request, copies of public records
will be made and a reasonable fee will be charged for the cost of reproduction.
Copies of transcripts must first be requested from the court reporter or
transcriber who made the transcript.
