Nev. Admin. Code § 704.776 - Confidentiality of exploration and subsurface information
If any exploratory or subsurface information concerning a project to obtain geothermal energy for use in a process which changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or generates electric power is filed with the Commission, the Commission will keep that information confidential for 5 years after the date on which it was first filed with the State Engineer and will not disclose it during that period without the express written consent of the operator of the project.
