Nev. Admin. Code § 90.505 - Rated promissory note, draft, bill of exchange or banker's acceptance

For purposes of the exemption from registration provided by paragraph (k) of subsection 2 of NRS 90.520, a promissory note, draft, bill of exchange or banker's acceptance is exempt from registration if it is rated by Standard & Poor's Corporation or Mergent, Inc.
