Nev. Admin. Code § 90.Sec. 18 - NEW

In addition to any recordkeeping requirement, if an investment adviser who is registered or required to be registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the investment adviser renders an investment supervisory or management service to a client, the investment adviser shall, with respect to the portfolio being supervised or managed and to the extent that the information is reasonably available to or obtainable by the investment adviser, make and keep true, accurate and current:

1. Records for each client showing:
(a) The securities purchased and sold; and
(b) The date, amount and price of each purchase and sale.
2. For each security in which a client has a current position, information from which the investment adviser can promptly furnish:
(a) The name of the client; and
(b) The current amount or interest of the client.
