Nev. Admin. Code § 90.Sec. 20 - NEW
An investment adviser who is subject to the recordkeeping requirements described in sections 10, 11 and 13 to 18, inclusive, shall, before ceasing to conduct or discontinuing business as an investment adviser:
1. Arrange and be responsible
for the preservation of the records required to be maintained and preserved
under those sections for the remainder of the period specified for the
recordkeeping of the records; and
2. Notify the Administrator in writing of the
exact address where the records will be maintained during that
period.
