Nev. Admin. Code § 90.Sec. 40 - NEW
1.
Except as otherwise provided by the Administrator and subsection 2, the parties
to a hearing must, not later than 10 days before the date of the hearing:
(a) Exchange written lists of witnesses and
exhibits; and
(b) Provide a copy of
each exhibit.
2. On the
date of the hearing, each party must be prepared to identify any exhibit to be
admitted by the stipulation of the parties.
