- § 388.890 - Reporting of information regarding bullying or cyber-bullying by pupils; actions of principal or designee when ensuring safety and well-being of reported victim
- § 388.895 - Notification to parent or guardian of pupils; maintenance of record regarding notification
- § 388.900 - Requirements of investigation of report; documentation of interviews conducted as part of investigation
