N.H. Admin. Code § Eth 101.01 - Purpose
(a) The purpose of the rules of the committee
is to implement the provisions of
RSA
21-G:29 - 35 and establish a process for
resolving issues should questions arise regarding past or future
conduct.
(b) The purpose of this
chapter is to set forth definitions to be used throughout this title, to
describe the organization, composition, and functions of the executive branch
ethics committee, and how public information in the committee's possession can
be accessed.
