N.H. Admin. Code § We 202.04 - Date of Issuance or Filing
(a)
All orders, decisions, notices, or documents issued by or at the direction of
the board shall be deemed by the board to have been issued on the date noted on
the document.
(b) All orders,
decisions, notices, or documents issued by or at the direction of the board in
conjunction with an adjudicative proceeding and sent by certified mail, return
receipt requested, to the last address of record or delivered by personal
service, in accordance with the provisions of
RSA
482-B:9, shall be deemed by the board to be
adequate notice.
(c) All
applications, petitions, motions, requests for findings and conclusions and any
other written documents governed by these rules shall be deemed by the board to
have been filed with or received on the actual date received by the board as
indicated by the date stamped received on the document.
