N.H. Code Admin. R. Pes 302.04 - Completion of Requirements
(a) The
applicant shall satisfy all provisions of these rules for obtaining a
certificate of registration within 30 days of the last examination
satisfactorily completed by the applicant.
(b) If the applicant fails to comply with
paragraph (a) of this section, his application shall be denied. Nothing in this
paragraph, however, shall prevent an applicant from submitting a new
application to take the examinations required for registration.
(c) The director of the division shall grant
an extension beyond the 30-day limit set forth in paragraph (a) in
circumstances such as illness, an accident, or any other happening that is
beyond the control of the applicant and which makes it impossible to comply
with paragraph (a).
