The actions and procedures described in 11:1-44.6 through 44.9 are examples of methods of implementation of the requirements of 11:1-44.3 and 44.4. These examples are non-exclusive illustrations of actions and procedures that licensees may follow to implement 11:1-44.3 and 44.4.
