N.J. Admin. Code § 11:4-8.9 - Effect on previously filed forms
Forms previously filed or approved by the Commissioner pursuant to 17B:17-13.1 that are not in compliance with this subchapter shall be refiled with the annual report for calendar year 2004 or the first fiscal year ending after December 31, 2004.
