N.J. Admin. Code § 13:32A-1.4 - In-duct smoke detectors
In addition to the services provided as part of HVACR, as defined at N.J.A.C. 13:32A-1.2, a licensed master HVACR contractor shall be permitted to install and wire in-duct smoke detectors to HVACR equipment and/or a remote station and to service, repair, and maintain in-duct smoke detectors.
