N.J. Admin. Code § 13:40-2.7 - Application; reapplication
(a) All
applications shall be valid for two years from the date the application is
received by the Board. If the application process is not complete after two
years, the application shall be deemed abandoned.
(b) An applicant whose application has been
deemed abandoned may reapply and shall satisfy the eligibility requirements of
the rules applicable at the time of the new application.
