N.J. Admin. Code § 14:10-5.1 - Scope

(a) This subchapter governs the provision of competitive telecommunications services, as defined in 14:10-1.2, that are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

(b) This subchapter applies to the following:

1. Local exchange carriers and intrastate interexchange carriers offering competitive services; and

2. Competitive services offered by CLECs and ILECs.

(c) Revisions to non-competitive telecommunications service tariffs are governed by the Board's rules for all utilities at N.J.A.C. 14:3.
