N.J. Admin. Code § 15:30-3.3 - Optional joint county cross-acceptance agreements
Counties, especially those located within the purview of an existing regional planning agency or metropolitan planning organization, are encouraged to enter into intergovernmental agreements for consolidated or coordinated participation in cross-acceptance and if such an agreement is entered into, notice of that agreement shall be provided pursuant to N.J.A.C. 15:30-1.7(d).
