N.J. Admin. Code § 15:30-5.2 - Required public hearings
(a) There shall be a minimum of six public hearings on the draft Final State Development and Redevelopment Plan in different locations throughout the State or held virtually. At least one meeting will be held in-person in a central location. Public notice shall be provided pursuant to N.J.A.C. 15:30-1.7(b) and (c).
(b) The public hearings shall be convened by the State Planning Commission, or by a committee of the Commission designated for that purpose, whereupon comments will be taken on the draft Final State Development and Redevelopment Plan.
