N.J. Admin. Code § 2:90-2.1 - Applicability
The projects contained in this subchapter are applicable to participants in a farmland preservation program pursuant to the Agriculture Retention and Development Act, 4:1C-11 et seq., P.L. 1983, C.32 all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
