N.J. Admin. Code § 7:14A-19.11 - Enforcement action for failure to implement or enforce an approved industrial pretreatment program
The Department may take enforcement action against a delegated local agency pursuant to 7:14-8.17 for failure to implement the conditions of an approved industrial pretreatment program and any subsequent amendments thereto or enforce the conditions of an approved industrial pretreatment program, including the approved enforcement response plan, and any subsequent amendments thereto in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14-8.
