The following words and terms have specific meanings when used in this subchapter: "agricultural land," "final cover," "forest," "liner," "lower explosive limit for methane gas," "pasture," "permitting authority," "pollutant limit," "public contact site," "range land" and "runoff." The applicable definitions are set forth at 7:14A-1.2.
