N.J. Admin. Code § 7:38-11.1 - Procedures for review of applications

This subchapter contains the procedures by which the Department will process and review each application described in this chapter. For the standards applicable to substantive review of a Highlands Applicability Determination, see 7:38-11.2. For the standards applicable to substantive review of an HRAD, Highlands general permit and HPAA see 7:38-11.3. For the standards applicable to substantive review of an HPAA with waiver, see N.J.A.C. 7:38-6.
