N.J. Admin. Code § 7:9B-1.13 - Designated uses of mainstem Delaware River and Delaware Bay

(a) The designated uses for the mainstem Delaware River and Delaware Bay are those contained in the DRBC Water Quality Regulations.

(b) The designated uses for other waters under the jurisdiction of the DRBC are as set forth at 7:9B-1.12.
