Chapter 11, originally contained rules regarding the charge of a service fee by title insurance agents. They were filed and became effective when the Interim Rate Order of June 15, 1978 became effective. See: 10 New Jersey Register 294(a), 10 New Jersey Register 399(c). These rules were allowed to expire pursuant to Executive Order 66 (1978) on May 15, 1983.
