CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 17, formerly High School Equivalency, was filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:50-12 through 14, and 18A:6-41, Chapter 17 was recodified as Subchapter 6 of N.J.A.C. 6:44, Adult, Continuing and Community Education, by R.1973 d.317, effective 11/13/1973.
