CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 42, Special Needs and Cooperative Programs, was originally filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. Chapter 42 was repealed by R.1990 d.451, effective 9/4/1990. As part of this rulemaking certain provisions of this chapter were incorporated in the readopted Chapter 43, Vocational and Technical Education Programs and Standards. See: 22 New Jersey Register 1705(a), 22 New Jersey Register 2694(a).
