CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 51, Administration and Organization, was filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 22(1994), the expiration date of Chapter 51, Administration and Organization, was extended from August 5, 1996 to February 5, 1998. See: 26 New Jersey Register 3783(a), 26 New Jersey Register 3942(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 51, Administration and Organization, was readopted as R.1998 d.38, effective 12/10/1997. See: 29 New Jersey Register 4221(b), 30 New Jersey Register 67(b).
Chapter 51, Administration and Organization of Vocational and Technical Education, was readopted, effective 11/20/2001, and recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19 by R.2001 d.473, effective 12/17/2001. As part of R.2001 d.473, substantive amendments were made in conjunction with the following recodifications: Subchapter 1, Authority for Administration and Organization of Vocational and Technical Education, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-2, Authority for Administration and Organization of Vocational-Technical Education; N.J.A.C. 6:51-1.1 and 1.2 were recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-2.1 and 2.2; N.J.A.C. 6:51-1.4was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-3.4; N.J.A.C. 6:51-1.5 through 1.8 were recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-2.3 through 2.6; N.J.A.C. 6:51-1.9was repealed; Subchapter 2, Cooperative Arrangements, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-4, Cooperative Administrative Arrangements; N.J.A.C. 6:51-2.1was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-4.2; Subchapter 3, Local Applications, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-7, Local Applications for Funds; N.J.A.C. 6:51-3.1 and 3.2 were recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:19-7.1 and 7.2.
