Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 85, Motorcycle Safety Education Program, was adopted as R.1995 d.273, effective 6/5/1995. See: 27 N.J.R. 1145(a), 27 N.J.R. 2244(c).
Subchapter 8, Office of Highway Traffic Safety Course, was adopted as R.1998 d.572, effective 12/7/1998. See: 30 N.J.R. 3425(a), 30 N.J.R. 4248(b).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 85, Motorcycle Safety Education Program, was readopted as R.2000 d.240, effective 5/12/2000. See: 32 N.J.R. 1161(a), 32 N.J.R. 2093(a)
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1d, the expiration date of Chapter 85, Motorcycle Safety Education Program, was extended by gubernatorial directive from May 12, 2005 to November 8, 2005. See: 37 N.J.R. 1036(a).
Chapter 85, Motorcycle Safety Education Program, was readopted as R.2006 d.206, effective 5/4/2006. As a part of R.2006 d.206, Subchapter 4, Office of Highway Traffic Safety Course, was renamed Motor Vehicle Commission Course, effective 6/5/2006. See: 37 N.J.R. 4890(a), 38 N.J.R. 2512(a).
Subchapter 6, Certified Instructor, was renamed Rider Coach Certification, former Appendices A, B and C were repealed and Appendices A, B and C were adopted as new rules by R.2009 d.251, effective 8/17/2009. See: 40 N.J.R. 5179(a), 41 N.J.R. 3100(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 85, Motorcycle Safety Education Program, was scheduled to expire on 5/4/2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
