CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 90, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was originally codified in Title 5 as Chapter 100, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules. Chapter 100, Ombudsman Practice and Procedure and Public Notice Requirements, was adopted as R.1979 d.166, effective 5/1/1979. See: 11 N.J.R. 164(b), 11 N.J.R. 274(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 100, Ombudsman Practice and Procedure and Public Notice Requirements, was readopted as R.1989 d.295, effective 5/5/1989. See: 21 N.J.R. 368(a), 21 N.J.R. 1516(b).
Chapter 100, Ombudsman Practice and Procedure and Public Notice Requirements, was repealed, and Chapter 100, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was adopted as new rules by R.1990 d.316, effective 6/18/1990. See: 22 N.J.R. 1016(c), 22 N.J.R. 1926(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 100, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was readopted as R.1995 d.336, effective 5/26/1995. See: 27 N.J.R. 1348(a), 27 N.J.R. 2388(a).
Pursuant to Reorganization Plan No. 001-1996, Chapter 100, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 8:90, effective 10/15/1997. See: 29 N.J.R. 4679(a). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 90, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, expired on 5/26/2000.
Chapter 90, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was adopted as new rules by R.2002 d.35, effective 2/4/2002. See: 33 N.J.R. 2762(b), 33 N.J.R. 3280(a), 34 N.J.R. 735(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1d, the expiration date of Chapter 90, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was extended by gubernatorial directive from February 4, 2007 to May 4, 2007. See: 39 N.J.R. 772(a).
Chapter 3, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 8:90 by R.2007 d.366, and was renamed Office of the Ombudsperson for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, effective 12/3/2007. See: 39 N.J.R. 2219(a), 39 N.J.R. 5101(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 3, Office of the Ombudsperson for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was scheduled to expire on 10/29/2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 3, Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly Practice and Procedure Rules, was readopted as R.2015 d.082, effective 4/21/2015. As a part of R.2015 d.082, Chapter 3 was recodified to N.J.A.C. 17:41, effective 5/18/2015. See: 46 N.J.R. 2336(a), 47 N.J.R. 1023(a).
