Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 32, Trucks, was readopted as R.1990 d.155, effective 2/8/1990, and Subchapter 2, Vehicles Exempted from the Table of Maximum Gross Weights, was repealed by R.1990 d.155, effective 3/5/1990. See: 22 N.J.R. 19(a), 22 N.J.R. 836(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 32, Trucks, was readopted as R.1995 d.73, effective 1/12/1995, and Subchapter 1, Designated Routes for Double Trailer Truck Combinations, and Subchapter 3, 102-Inch Standard Trucks, were repealed, and Subchapter 1, Designated Routes for Double-Trailer Truck Combinations and 102-Inch Standard Trucks, was adopted as new rules by R.1995 d.73, effective 2/6/1995. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 32, Truck Access, was readopted as R.2000 d.6, effective 12/7/1999. See: 31 N.J.R. 1293(a), 31 N.J.R. 1915(a), 32 N.J.R. 78(a).
Chapter 32, Truck Access, was readopted as R.2005 d.131, effective 3/30/2005. See: 37 N.J.R. 25(a), 37 N.J.R. 1525(a). As a part of R.2005 d.131, Appendices A through C were repealed and Appendices A through C were adopted as New Rules, effective 5/2/2005.
Chapter 32, Truck Access, was repealed, and Chapter 32, Truck Access, was adopted as Emergency New Rules by R.2006 d.118, effective 2/24/2006, to expire April 25, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 1465(a).
In accordance with Assembly Concurrent Resolution 184 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 95, the expiration date of the emergency repeals and new rules at Chapter 32, Truck Access, was extended from April 25, 2006 to June 24, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 1766(a).
