As a part of R.2016 d.151, Subchapter 5, Administration and Staffing Qualification and Requirements, was renamed Administration; Subchapter 14, Housekeeping, Sanitation, Safety and Maintenance, was renamed Housekeeping, Sanitation, Safety, and Maintenance; and Appendices A and B were repealed and adopted as new rules, effective 11/7/2016.
