Chapter 10, Student Loan and College Savings Programs, was adopted as new rules by R.1998 d.385, effective August 3, 1998. As a part of R.1998 d.385, pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), N.J.A.C. 9:9-8wa s readopted, effective June 30, 1998, and recodified as N.J.A.C. 9A:10-7, Policy Governing New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust (NJBEST) Program, effective August 3, 1998.
