Chapter 14, Rules and Procedures for Implementation of the Higher Education Equipment Leasing Fund Act, was originally codified in Title 9 as Chapter 17, Rules and Procedures for Implementation of the Higher Education Equipment Leasing Fund Act. Chapter 17 was adopted as R.1994 d.94, effective 2/22/1994. See: 25 N.J.R. 5747(a), 26 N.J.R. 1086(a).
Chapter 17, Rules and Procedures for Implementation of the Higher Education Equipment Leasing Fund Act, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 9A:14 by R.1995 d.113, effective 2/21/1995. See: 26 N.J.R. 4878(a), 27 N.J.R. 682(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 14, Rules and Procedures for Implementation of the Higher Education Equipment Leasing Fund Act, expired on 2/22/1999.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 14, Rules and Procedures for Implementation of the Higher Education Equipment Leasing Fund Act, was scheduled to expire on 5/6/2020. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 104, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) was extended through January 1, 2022. Therefore, this chapter has not yet expired and is extended 180 days from the later of the existing expiration date or the date of publication of this notice of proposed readoption, whichever is later, which date is January 29, 2022, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1.c, Executive Order No. 244 (2021), and P.L. 2021, c. 104.
