N.M. Code R. § 9.2.12.9 - AREA AGENCY ON AGING RESPONSIBILITY
An area agency on aging (area agency) may elect to provide corporate eldercare and private case management services directly, or to join with other area agencies in such contracts. These types of arrangements are permissible, provided the provisions of this policy are followed.
