A program of care providing mltidisciplinary physician and restorative services; including skilled rehabilitation nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, activities of daily living, speech therapy, and prosthetic-orthotic services; and having a physician director whose primary activity is supervision and coordination of the various rehabilitation modalities.
