N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 10 § 441.83 - Date of change in certified bed capacity-decrease
(a) Partial decertification of beds in a
unit. The date proposed in the hospital's letter of intent to decertify filed
with the Department of Health and subsequently approved.
(b) Retroactive decertification of part or
all of a unit. The date promulgated by the Department of Health.
(c) Full decertification of beds in a unit.
The date the last patient was discharged from the unit.
