N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 12 § 327.11 - Entire bill to be arbitrated
The entire bill of a hospital, including items of medical care contained therein, shall be arbitrated by the hospital arbitration committee. Items of medical care are subject to the medical fee schedule.
