N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 17 § 182.17 - Obedience to parkway police officer or authority employee
No person shall, within the parkway system, neglect or refuse to comply with or obey the direction or command indicated by gesture or otherwise, of any parkway police officer or department employee.
