N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 18 § 485.8 - Application for family-type homes
Application to establish and operate a family-type home for adults shall be submitted to the commissioner of the local social services district in which the proposed facility is located, and shall be in accordance with the requirements of section 489.4 of this Title.
