N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 18 § 508.7 - Agreements with providers
(a) To
assure maximum utilization of existing screening, diagnostic and treatment
services, each local social services district may enter into written agreements
for the provision of services under the C/THP with physicians or appropriate
public, voluntary and proprietary agencies, such as child health clinics,
neighborhood health centers, free-standing clinics, hospital outpatient
departments or similar facilities that provide ambulatory pediatric
care.
(b)
(1) Every facility subject to article 28 of
the Public Health Law must provide the examinations and services identified in
section
508.8(b)
of this Part to persons eligible for C/THP services if such examinations and
services are provided to outpatients as well-child care services for which the
facility receives reimbursement under the medical assistance program.
(2) Facilities subject to the provisions of
paragraph (1) of this subdivision must provide the examination and services
identified in section
508.8(b)
of this Part in accordance with the periodicity schedule contained in
subdivision (f) of such section, and must claim reimbursement for such
examinations and services under the C/THP.
