N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 1550.11 - Fees
(a) No fee shall be
charged for inspection of records, search for records or certification of the
records.
(b) A fee, not exceeding
25 cents per page, for photocopies, not exceeding 9 by 14 inches, of records
shall be imposed by the fund.
(c) A
fee for photocopies, exceeding 9 by 14 inches, of records shall be imposed by
the fund; the exact amount of such fee shall be determined by the records
access officer based on his analysis of the cost to the fund of photocopying
such records, except when a different fee may be otherwise prescribed by
law.
(d) Notwithstanding the
provisions of subdivisions (b) and (c) of this section, the general manager or
his duly designated representative may, in his discretion, provide copies of
records without charging a fee.
